Being fluent in both English and Mandarin, Ian’s practice framework is informed through his training in evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
