Our team of over 20 professionals – including psychologists, social workers, and counsellors – has expertise in mental health, trauma and relationships. We offer tailored support for adults, children and couples. We support clients of all ages accessing NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, Victims Services and psychological assessments.
With clinics in Parramatta and Norwest, as well as Telehealth options, we make professional counselling services accessible and convenient.
Each team member combines compassion and professional expertise to help clients navigate life’s challenges.

Extended counselling hours
Choose a time that suits you, including after hours. Appointments are available morning to evening more days, Monday to Saturday.
Reception is open 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Affordable counselling
There is a range of fees, depending on the specialisation of service and experience of the therapist. Medicare and Private Health rebates may apply.
Free counselling by interns may be available to those with financial difficulties.
Parramatta Clinic
Our Parramatta clinic offers free ample parking and is part of Burnside Shopping Village.
It is located in a delightful, quiet and serene part of North Parramatta.
Hills District / Norwest Clinic
Our Norwest clinic is a few minutes walk from Norwest Metro station.
There is ample free parking in Coles next door. We are next door to the Norwest lake-side restaurants and Carlile Swimming.
The range of professional backgrounds offered by our team
Our psychologists
Our psychologists work with children and adolescents, families, and adults dealing with trauma, mental health issues and relationship issues.
They take referrals through GPs, NDIS, Workcover, EAP, and from schools requesting psychological assessments.
Our social workers
Our social workers work with children and adolescents, families, and adults dealing with trauma, mental health issues and relationship issues.
They specialise in couples therapy. They take referrals through GPs, NDIS, Workcover and EAP. Our social workers are mental health accredited and medicare rebates apply, exactly the same as for psychologists.
Our counsellors
Our counsellors work with adults dealing with trauma, mental health issues and relationship issues. Some specialise in couples therapy. They also take referrals through NDIS, Workcover and EAP.
Our counsellors have post graduate qualifications in counselling, and many have extensive clinical experience.
Our intern counsellors are Master’s students who provide free counselling to those with financial difficulties.
Counsellors are recognised as Allied Health Professionals, alongside psychologists and social workers. Even though counsellors are widely recognised as professionally equivalent by many government and private bodies, Medicare rebates are not available for counsellors at this stage.
