Catherine enjoys working professionally with children, adolescents, and adults. She takes on a client-centred approach as she empathetically supports her clients through struggles faced and provides tools and strategies to help deal with distress, anxiety and depression. She is also able to conduct standardised cognitive (IQ) and behavioural assessments.

Professional Experience
Catherine has experience working with adults, adolescents and children from different cultural backgrounds. She has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, social difficulties, and other areas of concern. She combines a caring approach with creativity and fun activities to help children and adolescents grow and mature while developing their skills in sessions. She believes collaboration, understanding and openness being fundamental elements for her sessions.
Recognising that every individual is unique, Catherine uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor a relatable and individualised treatment plan for her clients. Regardless of the issues presented, Catherine is willing to do her best to genuinely support her clients in developing a deeper understanding of their concerns and exploring alternatives and valuable skills together to help them achieve their goals.
Catherine is a registered general psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
