What I do:

  • Individual counselling for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
  • Psychological treatment under Workcover
  • Supervision for staff in work related areas
  • Training and Workshops

I provide psychological counselling for concerns like Anxiety, Self esteem, Stress and Coping, Injury, Depression, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Changes, and various Childhood issues.

Approaches used include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Art and Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy. Other approaches include Strengths Based, Attachment and Developmental.

Fees:

My fee is $110 per hour, $130 for appointments from 5pm.
If you are referred by a GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, then you are eligible for the Medicare rebate (currently $80.20 per visit).
